Return, Refund & Cancellation

At Asplore, we’re dedicated to delivering premium quality products tailored to our niche audience, crafted only upon order to ensure exclusivity and personalization. To maintain clarity, our policies on returns, refunds, and cancellations are detailed below:

Return and Exchange Policy:
Since our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, design, or color selections. Producing items on demand minimizes waste and allows us to cater to the unique preferences of our clientele, and returning an item may lead to dead stock that cannot be resold.

However, if we make an error, such as sending the wrong size, design, or color, we’ll gladly replace it free of charge. Simply email us at info@asplore.com with the reason for replacement. For size discrepancies, kindly provide clear photos of the product, showing the measurements (e.g., chest width from armpit to armpit) using a tape or scale. If the photos don’t fully support your claim, a video may be requested. Keep in mind there’s a tolerance of +/- 0.5 inches on all apparel.

Once we validate your claim, a free replacement will be sent immediately. If you wish to exchange for size or fit issues unrelated to our error, we can offer a replacement at a nominal cost that covers printing, reshipping, and overheads. Please reach out via email for further details, and we’ll provide a payment link for the exchange.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders placed are typically final and cannot be canceled once printing or manufacturing begins. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at info@asplore.com. If your order hasn’t entered production, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Once production starts, cancellations or modifications cannot be made.

In rare cases where a cancellation is necessary, refunds will be processed through the same payment method using our secure Razorpay gateway. You’ll receive a refund ID via email, and the amount will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days. If the refund doesn’t appear within that time, please contact your bank with the provided RRN ID for assistance.
